The Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce, Toronto (ICCCTO), is your destination for business networking.
Established as a not-for-profit corporation in 1991, the ICCCTO provides business networking opportunities for professionals and companies in the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.
Whether you are newly arrived from Ireland, are long-established, Canadian-born with Irish roots, or simply interested in networking within our cultural community, we are pleased to provide the venue for connecting the dots.
As the only non-governmental Irish organization operating in the trade sphere in the Toronto Irish community since 1991. We have a community of highly engaged professional members and e-newsletter subscribers which includes individuals, corporations, and Irish subsidiaries operating across Ontario, Canada.
Our members represent over 20 different sectors including Government Agencies, Accounting, Fintech, International Banking, Mining, Real Estate, Tourism, Retail and Construction, to name but a few.

Paul Hutchinson
Born in Toronto to parents from Dublin, Paul is the first Canadian‑born President of the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce Toronto.
Paul is a global telecommunications leader with 40 years of experience. His background includes seven years in Silicon Valley and extensive work leading international teams. He currently serves as the Board President of Speechlogix Canada.

Carmel Drumgoole
Originally from Co. Louth, Ireland. Carmel is the Manager of Alumni Relations and Engagement, at George Brown College.
Carmel brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, community building, and institutional partnerships. As President until February 2026, Carmel now continues to support the Chamber as an advisor to the Board.

Originally from Limerick, Philip is an entrepreneur and Principal Consultant at Sarsfield Group, supporting growth across the technology and innovation sectors.
Philip oversees the Chamber’s day‑to‑day operations, driving strategic partnerships, member engagement, and key initiatives.

Originally from Co. Monaghan, Ireland. David is the Country Manager & SVP, Canada, for Enterprise Ireland.
David plays a key role in advancing Irish enterprise internationally, supporting companies scaling into the Canadian market and strengthening bilateral trade relationships.

Originally from Co. Antrim, N. Ireland. Michael is the Regional Director Canada for Invest Northern Ireland - Americas.
Michael leads efforts to support Northern Irish companies expanding internationally, fostering trade, investment, and cross‑border collaboration.

Katie supports the Chamber’s event program—including the annual Marketplace—and strengthens corporate engagement, fostering meaningful relationships across the network.

Cathy Murphy
Born in Canada to a family from Co. Laois, Cathy serves as Vice-President of EUCCAN (the EU Chamber of Commerce Canada) and Executive Director of the Irish Canadian Immigration Centre.
Cathy brings extensive experience in national and international relationship-building, scaling NGOs, and senior board leadership focused on strategy and organizational growth.
